Children's Caucus Meets with MPs The Children's Caucus together with other children from the Global Movement on 16 th November met with parliamentarians to advocate for an end to child marriages. In her appeal Zamiwe Nkoma a member of the Children's Caucus called on parliamentarians to come up with a law which would completely ban marriages of children even under traditional law. She requested the MPs to come up with a law which would make defilement non- bailable and to find a way of quickening the prosecution of people who marry or defile children. |
